Hotel Las Torres is located in the middle of the Torres Del Paine National Park, directly under the massif. The estate is a former cattle ranch that has since been remodeled into a stylish hotel and decorated in a simple Patagonian style. There are a total of 84 spacious rooms complete with fantastic views. In addition, the hotel features services such as free Wi-Fi, spa facilities, restaurant, organic garden, bar and a gift shop. This is the ideal stay for travelers wishing to experience the Chilean Patagonia at its fullest.

Punta Arenas Departures: 9:00 am (Daily), 3:00 pm (Daily), 12:00pm (Cruises) (Tuesdays and Saturdays)
Meeting at the Airport: 9:30am, 3:30pm
Cerro Negro Ranch: 11:30 – 1:00pm, 5:30 – 6:30pm, 2:30 – 4:00pm
Cerro Negro Ranch includes: Grilled Patagonian lamb or Patagonian high tea, Demonstration of sheep shearing and sheperd dogs. Visit of the “Colonial House” (Museum) and Wine, Pisco Sour and Soft Drinks.

Departures From Hotel: 7:30am, 1:00pm (Daily)
Puerto Natales Arrival: 9:30am, 3:00pm
Punta Arenas Arrival: 12:30pm, 6:00pm

Direct transfer with van connection at Cerro Castillo (border).
Departures From El Calafate: 7:00am (Daily)
Arrival at Cerro Castillo (border): 11:00 – 11:15am
Arrival Hotel: 12:30pm
-Passengers will arrive at Hotel Las Torres Patagonia at lunch time. A half-day excursion can be planned for the afternoon.
The shuttle will pick the passengers up at their hotel, for hotels located outside El Calafate an additional fee

-Tuesdays and Saturdays we have special departures for Australis Cruise passengers which are subject to changes

Balance: 70 days prior to departure.

Our Cancellation Policy*:
– More than 60 days prior arrival: 30% of total reservation
– 59 to 31 days prior arrival: 50% of reservation
– 30 to 0 days prior arrival: 100% of total rate
– No-Show: 100% of Total Rate

*A cancellation by the client must be made in writing. The date we receive the email will determine the cancellation charge. Each supplier has their own cancellation policy, most restrictive policy will apply.

Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa

Location: Torres Del Paine

Tierra Patagonia is a boutique hotel next to the Sarmiento Lake, offering its guests a magnificent view of the Torres del Paine National Park. After an adventurous day, travelers can enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the hotel or relax in their comfortable room styled with wooden elements. The Uma Spa features an indoor swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, massage room and relaxation room. In addition, the hotel has a large common area with a fireplace, a bar, a library, TV room and free Wi-Fi. Using local products such as sea food or beef from nearby ranches, the Tierra restaurant is the perfect place to end the day.

Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa reserves the right to cancel any of these activities at any point during the excursion planning or “outdoor” phase due to existent and/or perceived risks for the guests or guiding teams. These excursions can be requested at the moment of reservation, but will be confirmed on site at Tierra Patagonia with our expert personnel, who will evaluate and determine the excursion´s execution.
