Cerro Bayo Ski Boutique

Location: Villa La Angostura, Neuquén Province.

FEATURES:

It’s the only ski center in Argentina that is near an urban center.

Cerro Castro

Location: Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.

FEATURES:

Castor Hill is the southernmost ski center in the world, located 26 km from the city of Ushuaia.
Opened in winter 1999.
The base is at 195 meters above sea level and the highest peak is at 1057 meters.
Includes 30 tracks with different difficulty levels, 11 ski lift types, one snow park, one area for beginners and one for off the slopes. All in one area of over 650 hectares suitable for skiing.
It has an extensive network of artificial snow, which will guarantee snow even at the base through all the season.

Cerro Catedral

Location: The ski center is located 19 kilometers from the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, Rio Negro.

FEATURES:

It is most developed ski center in South America.
Height of base: 1030 meters.
Highest peak: 2180 meters above sea level.
Maximum height of runway: 2180 meters.
It offers 38 lifts; among which is the modern superbubble Sextuple detachable chairlift. These means can simultaneously carry around 35,000 skiers per hour.
Offers, unlike other ski centers, direct access to the slopes and is close to the base.
Snow Making: The production system has 11 snow cannons that work with air and pressurized water.

Caviahue Hill Ski Resort

Location: It is situated 360km northwest from Neuquen city. Its location over the high Andes Mountain guarantees the best quality and the largest quantity of snow during the whole season.

Features:

The resort has 22 tracks (with different levels of difficulty: easy ones, difficult and intermediate) that include 325ha of skiable area.
It includes 13 ski lifts. They are distributed in superior areas (to the volcano and the amphitheater), intermediate, and the base.
There are lessons for every age and level.
Lessons and excursions for cross-country skiing are also offered.
The main establishment is the Grand Hotel & Spa (4 stars), is in the base of the tracks. It includes a spa area and a restaurant.
The other hotel, Nevado Hotel, has double, single and quadruple rooms, completely equipped, and with bar and coffee services.
In addition, there is another complex: Cabañas del Pueblo, with 14 cottages located 1.500 meters away from the ski resort. Each cottage can provide shelter for up to 8 people and it’s equipped with fridge, crockery, kitchen, microwave and fireplace.
Cabañas del Cerro, a couple of meters away from the tracks, offers cottages fully equipped for six people.

Cerro Chapelco

Location: The Chapelco Hill Is located 20 kilometers from the city of San Martín de los Andes, in the province of Neuquén.

FEATURES:

Height: 1980 meters above sea level.
1600 skiable hectares, 28 tracks and 11 lift types.
Cerro has step-tracks and snow cannons, which guarantees the best conditions, every morning in all areas for skiing.

Las Lenas

Location: The valley of Las Lenas is located in the province of Mendoza, Argentina.
